No annexation of Gaza by the USA \u2013 no forced deportation of Palestinians!<\/strong><\/p>\n

With the mediation of Qatar, Egypt and USA, a ceasefire agreement was concluded between Hamas and the Zionist Israeli entity.<\/p>\n

The agreement stipulates the temporary ceasefire in Gaza, the release of the Israeli hostages and the liberation of Palestinian prisoners, the retreat of the Israeli army from Gaza, the entry of food, fuel and humanitarian aid, and the reconstruction of Gaza.<\/p>\n

The agreement is composed of several steps with gradual procedures until reaching a full and final ceasefire after 45 days.<\/p>\n

On Sunday, 19 January, the agreement came into effect with a ceasefire and the release of three Israeli hostages and 90 Palestinian female prisoners, including two leaders from PFLP, Khaleda Jrar and Abla Saadat.<\/p>\n

Following these important developments, ICOR welcomes this ceasefire. ICOR fully supports\u00a0 the Palestinian cause and the right of Palestinians to resistance and to their self-determination and has called several times for an immediate ceasefire and ending the genocide in Gaza.<\/p>\n

  1. ICOR warmly welcomes the ceasefire agreement and congratulates the Palestinian people and Palestinian resistance. This agreement puts an end, at least temporarily, to the sufferings of Palestinians that suffered from the most heinous and barbarous genocide. This led to the death of more than 50,000 almost uncountable innocent people and 100,000 injured persons, displaced 1.5 million people and destroyed 2 million houses, including all hospitals, mosques, bridges, streets and almost erased Gaza from the map.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    This agreement was welcomed with joy by Palestinians, and the pictures and videos of Palestinians celebrating the agreement and supporting the resistance during the release of the hostages in Gaza and welcoming the liberated prisoners in the West Bank are proof of the positive agreement and the satisfaction of the oppressed people of Palestine.<\/p>\n

    1. ICOR considers this agreement as a victory for Palestine and the Palestinian resistance and the international solidarity movement with Palestine against the Zionist barbarism.<\/li>\n
    2. ICOR condemns the Zionist Israeli violations of the ceasefire agreement in Gaza and calls for respecting all the steps of the agreement until the complete and final ceasefire.<\/li>\n
    3. ICOR firmly condemns the Zionist Israeli attacks and murders in Jenin camp, Naplouse, Tolkarm and all areas of the West Bank where the Zionist army is committing further crimes to please the Zionist Finance Minister Smotrich and the far right to openly fascist wing and to preserve the unity of the Netanyahu government at the expenses of innocent Palestinian civilians. ICOR also condemns the Zionists’ violations of the ceasefire conditions in Lebanon.<\/li>\n
    4. ICOR strongly condemns Trump’s proposal to ethnically \u201ccleanse\u201d Gaza and turn it over to the Zionists and in fact annex by the USA. The ICOR is outraged by Trump\u2019s plans to forcibly evict Palestinians. That would be tantamount to a new Nakba. They already began this process in 1946-47 and have always aimed at taking over Gaza. Even Trump’s terminology to \u201cclean out\u201d Gaza is abhorrent and fascist.<\/li>\n
    5. ICOR highly salutes the decision of the International Criminal Court to issue an international arrest warrant against Netanyahu and the former Defense Minister Gallant for the war crimes they committed in Gaza and calls upon the states all over the world to implement this warrant. It also salutes the initiatives of certain countries to arrest Zionist Israeli soldiers who fought in Gaza for the crimes they committed.<\/li>\n
    6. ICOR reminds of the decision of the ICOR 5th World Conference to rebuild the Al-Awda hospital in Gaza and calls upon all revolutionary and communist parties and organizations as well as free and progressive people to contribute in the efforts to collect funds and to form solidarity brigades to rebuild the hospital.<\/li>\n
    7. ICOR calls upon the UN and all governments of the world to accept and diplomatically recognize the transitional government formed by 14 relevant Palestinian forces in July 2024.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
